Refund Policy

Big Brain Financial Coaching, LLC

1. General Policy

All sales of coaching programs, credit restoration services, and digital products are considered final once services or materials are delivered. Because our services involve significant time, expertise, and access to proprietary materials, we generally do not offer refunds except as specifically outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.

Service Not Delivered

If the Company fails to provide the services described in your signed agreement.

Written Approval

If a refund is granted at the sole discretion of the Company after a written request.

Note: Refunds will not be provided simply because a client is dissatisfied with results, as outcomes vary based on individual financial circumstances and the client's actions.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: stanley.roquemore@bigbrainfinancial.com
  • Requests must include the client's full name, service purchased, payment method, and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the Company reviews documentation and determines eligibility.

4. Refunds for Financed Purchases

If you used third-party financing to pay for services:

  • Any refund granted will first be issued back to the lender who financed your purchase.
  • You remain responsible for your financing agreement until the lender adjusts your account balance.
  • The Company is not responsible for repayment obligations to lenders or for financing terms.

5. No Chargeback Agreement

Clients agree to follow this Refund Policy before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or lender. The Company may provide documentation of services delivered (session logs, materials provided, communications) to financial institutions if a chargeback is filed improperly.

6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of written approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financing provider.
