• Approval, rates, repayment terms, and financing decisions are solely determined by the lender.
• By applying for financing, you acknowledge that your repayment obligations are between you and the lender, not the Company.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if available, will be issued only in accordance with the Company's written Refund Policy. Clients must submit refund requests in writing. Failure to use services does not relieve you of your financial obligation.

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact the Company directly regarding any billing or service issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or lender.
